MyOnlineCoach came to us with their MVP product looking to add functionality and launch their version 1 product. The MVP was very basic, required a lot of admin intervention, included features which did not need to be carried over to v1 and also did not follow brand guidelines. We set out to rebuild the platform, using a react front end and firestore backend. We added features allowing users to self-serve, added in-app video conferencing, ability to connect a calendar and also a chat function between coaches and coachees.
